Hi Frank, You can blog about it as a FSBO, but you can't list it. Over 80% of FSBO sellers eventually sell through an agent. The price of using an agent may not be as high as you think. When agents are looking to gain market share in an area many times you can cut a very advantageous deal on the commission and terms. Have you looked into using an agent? Listings by agents on average sell much faster and for more money than FSBO's. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your options.

If you are a for sale by owner the post is not allowed, you can however try blogging about the property; if and when you do list with an agent, he/she can post it for you; or consider any flat fee realty company that feeds into the site.
