This is a mobile home in a park. The monthly fees are a lot rental which may come with some other benefits such as a community pool, etc. Realtors can not sell these because there is no "real property". It is like buying a vehicle and you will receive the same type of title that you do for a vehicle, NOT a deed.

For some this is a good option. Things to consider and review. Depending on the age of the mobile you may not be able to get insurance. The monthly rental rate can go up, but the value of the mobile will probably go down. Check and see how often and how much the rental rate has gone up in the past couple of years. Also check to see if there is any new Buyer's one time fees from the park. In some parks it can be quite hefty.
