Some of our 2nd and 3rd floor apartments do have fireplaces. They are wood burning fireplaces.
Rent includes Time Warner Cable, security system, and full size washer and dryer. We are located in a very nice area of town that is close to many shops and resturants

Please call for an appointment. I will be happy to show you our property.

Thanks!

They are functional. Located near Cameron Art Museum and close to Restaurants-and shopping!

Hi Jan,
Considering the age of the house the fireplaces are most likely wood burning.
Would like to schedule an appointment and pre-view this home?
Happy New Year!

In Waterford, Leland NC, the fireplaces are natural gas, and yes they are functional.
