Yes It's true - many buildings from this era, like the Grandview in this case, feature double unit penthouse mistakes, left to the bargain basement in the 21st century.

But the fees are still there. The Grandview is now one of Buckhead's best value priced, lock and leave buildings.

More importantly...this condo IS NOT LISTED FOR $60,000!!!! It's listed on an auction site, but the actual listing makes no reference to the property being up for auction. It is however a foreclosure.

It's listed at $249,900. it's 1600 sq. ft. and the HOA is listed at $851.00 per month.

Based on what the listing agent has in the FMLS, the fees are $851 per month. Smaller units in the same building are running in the $500 range and typically fees are based on square footage. A good buyer's agent would contact the HOA directly to confirm HOA fees and any other planned assessments that may be required from you, if you decided to purchase.
