To my knowledge, there are no reported sink holes in Port Charlotte. This property is temporarily off the market. I'd be happy to help you find a home that fits your needs.

Here is a link to the Charlotte County sinkhole map - http://fcit.usf.edu/florida/maps/pages/4200/f4253/f4253.htm

I have not known it to be a major concern in this area of Florida.

This particular property has been taken temporarily off market. The irrigation system is in place but the pump does not work. The home has a well but it is not being used. The home has public utilities.
