Hi Bob,

You would need to complete a full title search to be certain of any and all liens on a property.
This would be necessary to insure title when the deed is transferred between parties anyway.

Feel free to call Executive Abstract at 215-332-9090 and talk to Annette, Kelly or Nicole.
They can order title for you.

Please feel free to call me directly with any other real estate related questions.

Have a great day. Looking forward to speaking with you soon.

All the best,

As far as I can tell through an MLS search, this property is not currently for sale. Are you the owner?

For this type of information, a title search would need to be done.

There is no way to determine without completing a title search.
