Generally the tax assessor records are the source of computer generated valuations. The Santa Clara County assessors office says your home is a 3 bed 2 bath home. I don't know of any reason Trulia would show 2 bed 1 bath

Online permit search does not show any additions having been made.

Thanks for asking. According to the MLS Sale information and photos, it appears to be a 3BR/2BA home. John Lauer, Realtor, Keller Williams Realty - Palo Alto

Probably because the source Trulia is pulling from is the County Tax Records. What does the Tax Record show?
