Its corcoran trying to obtain an unusually high price for a property worth 25% less given its poor condition, low rental rates and location next to a noisy boulevard

Hi Deborah
don't see 2 listings for this address. regardless the asking price today is $1,175,000. Are you
interested in viewing the property let me know. You can offer what you want to pay, and the seller
will counter you with what he wants to make a deal.

It looks like it was for sale by owner for $999,000 originally. A broker was hired, It was then pulled off the market by the owner and relisted by the broker for 1,175,000. The asking price now is 1,175,000.
