You obviously are not aware this is the location of the Pima County Justice Court, one of the oldest and most beautiful buildings in downtown Tucson.

John,

As you can see by the other agents comments, this is why a computer will hopefully never replace a human and real customer service! If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell a home in the Tucson area, I would love the opportunity to assist!

Excellent example of why buyers should use a Realtor to find a property.

National search companies don't really have any local knowledge and use "broad brush strokes". That is whay a local realtor with local knowlwdge is the fastest way to find the property you want.

Agreed. Free sites like Trulia and Zillow are not that accurate, their local knowledge is lacking because they are spread throughout the entire United States, and growing into Canada.

Many times I am contact by a potential client, interested in a property they found on Trulia, or Zillow and when I look it up for them, it is and has been under contract.

Thank you for pointing this out.

Thanks for a morning chuckle!

This just points out the inaccuracy of sites like Trulia and Zillow. If you want to know the market value of a property, call a REALTOR®!
