Hello Nancy

Yes 3 Goldfinch Rd in Barrington does accept pets. Dogs are to be restricted to their lot or on leashes only. Cats are allowed to roam free provided they are not damaging any property of another tenant.

I have included the listing sheet:

Let me know if there is anything else else I can do to help or if you would like to see this property.

Thank you so much for your reply. My cats are indoor cats, but my dog does have to go out every now and then :)

Hi, Nancy,

Here's the listing information for the property:

It is a bank owned mobile, has had freeze damage to the pipes. Good news - park does allow pets!

It is a cooperative park and therefore qualifies for financing through NH Cooperative Loan Fund which has programs with just 5% down.

I would be happy to help you with any other questions and finding you your next home, please feel free to contact me!

Thank you,

Thank you so much for your reply! I wondered if there was a major reason for the asking price to be below the appraised value.
