Yes it's been under contract since Halloween last year. It seems highly unlikely it could get approved to sell much below $185k so just be aware that a listing price on a Short Sale, unless previously approved may be tens of thousands below what you can buy it for.

Also the fees in Heritage Harbor are very high. It runs about $243 per month and for that you get a nice community pool area and tennis courts. The streets are public although they have a facade with a guard sitting at the main entrance. Also nowadays with golf course communities you run the risk of a failing golf course being converted to building new homes.
