Robert was correct in answering that the property to which you linked was sold but he did not mention that the sale took place in 2012! Prices have gone up substantially and that house would sell for far more if it was available now. It is not!

Information on in regard to houses for sale is not always correct.

You should be working with a Realtor to find a house that meets your needs and really is available. Your Realtor will show you current information not information that is a year old.

This property looks like it would be fine for FHA since it was remodeled recently. It is actually the property that would have to qualify for FHA. But this listing was cancelled in June and then re-listed for $283,000 and sold for $285,000. Not sure why it is still showing up as an active listing.

Hi ferchiux, John is right this listing for this home is a year old. If you hire a realtor they will be able to email you current listings in your price range. They can help you get pre-approved too if your not already. The great thing for you as a buyer is you don't have to pay your realtor because they share the commission the listing agent charged the seller. You should look up at least three Realtors pick one you feel comfortable with and find your home ;-) good luck.... I hope this was helpful....Dawn
