Hello, Jackie.

Thanks for asking this great question.

This is a yearly rental for $1200 per month.

Short term seasonal rentals can go for more than twice a yearly rental amount - so, yes, normally, a yearly rental would be less than a short term rental.

However, this particular listing is for a yearly rental.

I hope that helps.

Yes, Jackie. The monthly rent on a yearly rental is considerably less than seasonal rental. If you have additional questions, let us know.

This particular unit is not listed in the MLS. You can contact the property management company directly and ask them about the rental amount for a year. Florida propM, (888) 780-2938
