What is it that attracted you to this property? Location, Size, Price. If you are shoping the area I know it very well, also you should know, most of the properties that come through Reality Trac are either not available for sale due to the process of foreclouser not having been complete or the home is mistakenly identified. As with all properties, as agents we can find out information about this property, but just so I know what you are looking for answer the first three questions.
