FIRST ANSWER

There are a few units in this building. The one upstairs on the second floor has one bedroom cute little place with wonderful views from the balcony off the bedroom . This is furnished. The owners use it once in a while. There is also a larger one bedroom on the first floor that does not have furniture in it.
