Keep in mind that scams do exist and you may have stumbled upon one. For scam related information see link http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2009/05/rentalscam.shtm

It says updated two days ago. That's an eternity in New York and at it's price, it's probably gone by now. I noticed there was nobody no way to contact a listing agent. Scam perhaps? Move forward my friend. Good luck. By the way, get a broker to help you. You'll pay a commission but it will be worth it.

Not yet. This apartment is listed as both a studio and a 1 bedroom. Can you determine which it is?

Any time there it says "Address Not Disclosed" you can be pretty sure that this does not exist. And when the price is WAYYYY too good to be true, such as this price for a 1-BR in SoHo, your are 99% likely being drawn into a bait and switch or some type of scam. Unfortunately, this happens in rentals unless you are working with a reputable agent of a legitimate firm.
