It is a scam. 1700'Terrace is a 4 bedroom home

Sorry, the quality is living space when it comes to renting. It should have both inside the unit and outside; otherwise there is something not being disclosed about the place. Just my opinion.

The exterior pictures are typically those that are posted on the Multiple Listing Service. If you are interested in the interior of the home, your agent will be happy to show you the home and tour the inside

Yes, but the area around the property has an enormous impact on the quality of life and therefore the desirability and value. As an agent one of the complaints I hear the most is that the pictures of the interior made the place look great. Only to get there and discover that the area immediately surrounding it was not good. I always post exterior pictures and I will go so far as to post photos of nearby community amenities such as parks, schools, trails, shopping and transportation options. Most buyers are very appreciative.
