Why was this property listed as 2 bedrooms, when there are 3?

Hi, Tammy,
I pulled up the listing from the North Willamette Valley Multiple Listing Service and it shows it as a 3 bedroom 2 bath home, so it could be that you were looking at one of the websites that picks up listings from the MLS and sometimes input errors occur at that time. This is considered a 3rd party.
Also, sometimes a home which has what seems to be 3 bedrooms, will be listed as 2 if the 3rd bedroom has no built-in closet. Technically, this cannot be called a bedroom in that case.
