Very likely this is a "too good to be true" ad or a scam. t
This is not a a realistic rent for a 1 bedroom unit in Santa Monica. Rent for this type of unit statrs at $1500 and foes up from there.

Good luck!

good morning kristin,

i hope all is well.

i hope you didn't get your hopes up. first of all this property is NOT in santa monica. although the address seems to be a santa monica address the ad states Mid City. i don't see anything on the MLS (realtor site) for this property. 1-bedrooms in santa monica will start around $1,700/Mo.

you may want to connect (join) Westside Rentals http://(www.westsiderentals.com). they have the most inventory available.

i hope this helps.

best,
