The MLS was loaded correctly. The price was entered incorrectly by one of the many Real Estate websites. Not the fault at all of the listing agent. Those agents who suggested it was the fault of the listing agent were too busy to check how the error was made. Unfortunately just a little jealous I presume.

Typos happen ...... just to take this to the absurd extreme it does not deserve; just for the fun of it, let's say the property owner intended to market the property at this price. How high up does everyone think the over bids will go? Beside the fact that Simi Valley Police will have to roll out the armored personnel vehicle and crowd control to handel the flood of people.
BTW it is a beautiful property with stunning views and an incredible pool. Is also has a subterranean (basement) wine celler.
