The classification options on third party sites can be limited, you can however check http://www.mlsli.com the consumer version of MLS, where the division is clearer....

Hi Angela, there is no option in description for property type "Coops"- so all listings get posted as "Condos". We'll try to get that changed...Terry K 718-614-3167 cell or TKorahais@elliman.com

Because it is misclassified in the Header. That's definitely a co-op: it's called Donnelly Gardens.

Unfortunately Trulia does not have a co-op classification on the main section and thus all apartments are classified as condos.
