Why did the price of the house just went up 16%?

Asked by dcaswual, Kalispell, MT Sat Dec 22, 2012

Kalispel realtors I spoke with said this property was not the "jewel in the crown" deal that the out of date photos protrayed it to be. Does anyone know why the contract on the house fell through?

The property in question is currently not an active listing. This property sold for 125k back on 08/01/2012. They are currently renovating this old farm house. The creek along with the water rights and acreage made this property a very good value, and a great renovation project.

That's funny because I received an email fromTruvia this morning telling me to check the update on the home I was follwoing and all I saw was the price has been increased 24K. I guess Truvia made a mistake? It is a sweet property and if I were able to retire I would have bought it last summer and renovated. Thank you for the information!
