Regarding Palmyra Harbour, currently there are 15 properties for sale, one pending and in the last six months, 11 properties have settled. It may seem like a lot for sale but there are 501 units in the development. I am not aware of any problems in the community. Most buyers like this development because of the easy assess to Philadelphia and the reasonable price.

My clients that have lived there were for the most part, first-time buyers who lived here for a few years and then moved onto a single home in the area. None have ever expressed any negatives with the area.
