That might be the best part of the unit or the listing agent might not be a professional in photography and
that was the best that was produced. There could be a number of reasons you could go in view the property
or move on to something that has better pictures. Debbie Bergthold-Smith Classic Real Estate 708-267-5552

Some people who take the photos are professional real estate sales people but not professional photographers. It depends on the property that is being sold, maybe they want the perspective purchaser to see the crystal chandelier or that there is a light fixture there. Can't give you a good answer. I can say that sometimes I see some really good photos and some really bad ones. Don't let the photo discourage you from viewing the place if this is something that you are interested in. Because some really great photos do not totally tell whole story. The place can be more beautiful than the photos or it could be worst.

Maybe something is wrong with the floors! Its just bad shots of a place. The unit is priced so low, most of the time, these places dont have any interior pictures.

It is obviously the best looking part of the unit!!! These foreclosures agents do stuff like this all the time. They ignore parts of the units that look horrible or are completely missing. Since they never show the listings they never waste their time and they could care less if you waste yours.

Hi Syf808,

Definitely someone who realized they had nothing else to shoot in the property and this was the best picture! Chances are the building/home is so decrepit that's the only positive. This home may be good for complete gut rehab.

Please note one of the pictures, what looks like the kitchen due to a faint showing of the fridge, the ceiling appears to have water damage.

There appears to be an association in place and depending on it's standing roof repairs would normally be the associations responsibility.

Good luck!

At that price, those may be the best features and only fixtures in that home! If you are serious about buying a property in this category, you should work with an agent who can help you filter out the junk and find the gems. Photos aren't going to tell the story.
