Ditto Alison and James. If you're thinking that you will get a better deal by going direct to the listing agent...good luck. Keep one thing in mind...the listing agent has a signed contract, fiduciary agreement with the Seller, to act in THEIR best interest, i.e., get the most money for the property as quickly as possible. EVERY WORD THAT YOU SAY TO THE LISTING AGENT, MIGHT BE SHARED WITH THE SELLER. It is the listing agent's obligation to act in the Seller's best interest.

Get your own representation. Use a pro to negotiate for you...someone who's seen it all and done it a million times. A strong Buyer's Agent is your best tool when buying a home.

Good luck in your search!

You want the best deal and a transaction that you will not get raked over the coals by, right?
Don't go it alone. If you go directly to a listing agent you will not be receiving unbiased representation. Do yourself a favor and get a buyer's agent. There are thousands of agents that are willing to help you find a home to invest in, including myself. As the buyer you do not pay the agent a dime. The commissions are paid by the seller unless it is a "for sale by owner" property. Plus as Realtors we have access to a plethora of information and contacts that will make your transaction go smoothly.

It was Jason Woodruf but the listing has been taken off the market.

The listing agent for that property is Jason Woodruff of Keller Williams, but it looks like the property is no longer available. Just so you know, you don't have to go through the listing agent if you are a home buyer looking to buy a property. If you are looking for an agent to represent you as a buyer - I'd be more than happy to help you!
