This is just a point of information. Based on the very open nature of your question and what it suggests about whether or not you are working with an agent, you may experience a high volume of email responses and/or telephone calls from very hungry agents eager to work with you. This may not be the best way to find an agent that can work with you well.
In my experience the caliber of the knowledge and experience of most of the agents in this forum is generally better than that of your average real estate agent. But the solicitation you will likely experience because of your post will be the most aggressive of the agents in this pool.
An aggressive agent is not necessarily a bad thing, but it is certainly not the only attribute to consider when hiring an agent. A good source for a quality agent is referrals from your friends and family. Another way to locate a great agent is just to read through postings here on Trulia searching for topics that you may have questions about. If you see any agents whose responses that you tend to agree with about the specific questions that you have, then those might be the best agents for you to talk to and potentially work with.
And here are some links to some websites with additional tips for selecting an agent (whether you’re buying or selling or both).
