Hi Leslie,
That property hasn't been offered for sale yet but I would be happy to help you find other similar properties meeting your criteria should you be interested. You can find these and others at my website , or I am happy to email them to you directly. I look forward to hearing from you.

I listed this nice home on 11/30/2012 and sold it 2 days later for full price ($190080). That was $22000 less than paid by previous owner.(Ben's answer was correct). I list a lot of foreclosures.
Some of them are scary, some of them near perfect, most of them are a steal. The good ones are gone in a heartbeat, so you have to be on the hunt early, with a foreclosure savvy agent, Otherwise it's you snooze, you lose. Visit http://www.ftwaynehomes.com for inside scoop.

Hi Leslie,

This property, at 6222 Treasure Cove currently has an accepted offer and is pending sale. It was a great deal so the home sold very quickly, in less than a week. There's a much better way to search for foreclosures and I would be glad to help you do so if you would like. If so, you can contact me right here through Trulia. Thanks!

Leslie,

This home may be in foreclosure, but it is not yet available for sale. The foreclosure process can take a year or more from the time the home is repossessed by the bank and when the home is offered for sale to the public. If this is the home you really want, we can keep an eye on it. If you want to act now/sooner on a home, we can get you listings in the subdivision or other bank owned properties, which ever you prefer.

Your best resource for finding homes for sale in our local market is through our site at http://www.HoosierHomeListings.com. Our site, powered by RE/MAX, is more directly connected to the local MLS so you will receive the most current and up to date information on listings available for sale. Here you will have a dashboard that you can use to save listings and sort through them at your convenience. I can also help you set it up to allow you to receive new listings as they hit the market straight to your email box.

Dont' hesitate to call if you want more information on this or more other properties. I can be reached at 260-579-1516.
