The house was built in 1920. If you are the owner you might want to search the San Jose historical records. One place online to start would be

Several historical societies have connections with local libraries. Visit your local library and see if you can connect with one. The people can be very interesting. I've enjoyed a few visits with them.

Some general San Jose information at http://julianalee.com/san-jose.htm

Digging up local history can be fun. Good luck.

Per the county records the home was built in the 1920's.... so unless it's being remodeled/rebuilt this year, why would you want to know or care who built it?

Please clarify who you are? What your interest is in the home? Why you want or need to know who built it? And whether you are or already have an agent representing you?

Not to be rude but, your question of professionally licensed Real Estate agents/brokers like myself, is a bit like walking up to a patient's room in a hospital and asking of a passing physician, whose in that room? what's their condition? and who is their physician?
