There are auctions at the Norwalk Courthouse, but auctions are held at other courthouse such as Pomona, & Los Angeles. You should request a list from a Realtor Specializing in Foreclosures.

Norwalk Court is located at 12720 Norwalk Blvd., Norwalk, CA 90650.

Susan,
Many times, an investor is interested in a specific property and their agent will get the auction details and location and pass that info along. You can also go online and search... like anything worthwhile, it will take time and patience. As far as agencies that only do property investments... well, that is not really likely... as any broker out there in this market, they make their money by servicing a clients needs for real estate.. there are many aspects to this... even if trying to narrow down to investment properties... the respective agent will still be working on buying, selling, leasing and the term "investment" can be used loosely with nearly any property, depending on how you use it... If you own a single family house and decide to rent it out, this is an investment.
What you need is an experienced agent that can show you the differences between each type of investment there is out there and see what is going to be a fit for you depending on your personal likes as well as your qualifications. I can help with this if you wish. Please give me a call.

PS:
RE: your question "Where can I can get the list of the Real Estate agencies that do only property investments?", you should consider a Realtor who incorporates a broad approach to investment search, including single family and multi units, foreclosure, trust, short sale and retail sales. There are many factors involved in making a good investment, and an experienced Realtor will be able to compare and contrast various factors for you.

Hi Susan;
There are many auctions held at the Norwalk Courthouse, but auctions are held as well at other courthouse steps such as Pomona, Los Angeles, and Rowland Heights.
You must know when and where the property you have an interest in is being auctioned.
Changes happen DAILY, so no printed list is really the best resource.
What you need is a copy of the NTS, Notice of Trustee Sale. It will have a phone number listed with up to the minute information on the sale date and time, location, and expected bid amount. You can get all of this from your Realtor.
I would recommend having a Realtor as your trusted advisor, to get comparables, assist you in investigations of liens, etc. Since you are buying directly from the lender, you will need to make a fee arrangement directly with the agent, but their services are invaluable.
Please contact me if I can assist you. I am a Certified Foreclosure Expert.

NORWALK COURT is located at 12720 Norwalk Blvd., Norwalk, CA 90650. Parking is available in the City of Norwalk parking structure off Civic Center Dr. (east of the courthouse), and the entrance is on Avenida Manuel Salinas. The cost is $2.00 per 15 minutes, $8 per hour, the maximum is $12.00 per visit. Large vehicles may exceed the height limitation; for directions, see the attendant.

Susan,

Most of the auctions take place at the Norwalk Court. I suggest you go and check some out before you partake in any.

Have a great day,
