As the other agents have stated there is no planned open house listed at this time and it has been on the market for over 100 days. Also as stated there are other homes available in this particular development as in the surrounding developments.

Most importantly congratulations on your decision to purchase a home. Rates are still low, the $8,000 Tax Credit is available until December 1, 2009 and homes are ON Sale. Be sure to align yourself with a Full Time Realtor who is experienced in the area you are searching. It cost you nothing to have full representation so be sure to take advantage of that great opportunity available to you! Once you have chosen a Realtor who will work for you and pay close attention to your needs and wants you can have a great Sunday open house with private showings of all homes you want to see with that particular Realtor!
