Hi Peter,

We offer different services to all our investors when they desire to buy a foreclosure home. We first give you a daily list of homes that are coming up for auction with a detail description of the condition of the home.

Some auctions are public and some private auctions. Depending on the auction home or the court house. You will need cash available to buy this home, and two different certified checks. One for the deposit and hold the property and one for the bidding service.

The next day you pay your note in full and this property becomes yours.

It is very important that you find an experienced and specialized expert to do this. Not every realtor knows how this process works.

Stay informed and let me know if we can be of assistance,

You need to work with a Realtor that can handle this for you. There are bid services out there as well. Bid dates can change on the day of the bid so you may have to have someone go more than once.

Hi Chad,

Great question. You really have to keep up on the status of a foreclosure auction, because dates and times can change on a daily or hourly basis.

You can definitely have someone bid on a property for you, if that's what you need. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to get more information on this or any other property that's up for auction or sale.

Hi Chad, is this property still available? If so, I would like someone to attend the auction and bid on it for me.

Foreclosure auction dates are public notice. You will need to have $10k for deposit at time of auction and total funds are due the next day upon successful bid. You can handle this yourself or you can use a bidding service. Let me know if you need a contact for a bidding service to improve your chances of winning the auction.
