As to this particular property, your first question is moot - it went under contract last Wednesday - we will know the actual selling price after it closes and the deed is recorded, probably in six to eight weeks.
Question #s 2 and 3 will involve a bit more research - look to your RealtorÂ® for those types of information..
When you require an opinion of valuation about another property you may consider, your RealtorÂ® should/will provide you with a list of recent sales of comparable homes in the area and arrive at an opinion based on those transactions as well as on a more refined list of those that are currently for sale. (Trulia does provide comparable actives as part of their detail listing (you have to scroll down a bit) but, as you are aware, computers can only deal with the DATA elements.)
