The property tax records state that the living area sq. ft. is 1,083. This is the same size as the other units in that building and the largest in the community. Occasionally when websites are pulling information via syndication from the local MLS the information does not translate over correctly. Are you looking for a condo closer to 2,000 sq. ft?
I would be happy to assist you in finding a condo to meet your specific requirements in the area. Please feel free to call, text or email me.

The tax record shows 1800 square feet above grade which is accurate. Your taxable living area is 1083 square feet, you are only paying real esate taxes on the "Taxable" square footage and not the total square foot of the unit.
Another case would be single family and town homes, Maryland real estate taxes are paid on the above grade square footage and not the basements whether the basements are finished or not.
