The current rental market in Pensacola is thriving, especially with 3 bedroom 2 bath rental homes. We haven't seen much of an increase in 2 bedroom rental rates but rents are holding steady and vacancy rate is low for those updated and in good condition. The Northeast Pensacola area is a great location for a 2 bedroom rental as its close proximity to UWF & PSC as well as hospitals and shopping. We are also seeing high demand near the back gate of NAS currently.
