Jeremy,
I am not sure this property is currently on the market. I am familiar with FWB and I am sure we could find something in this area and price range that would suit your needs. Are you currently in the FWB area or are you relocating? Let me know If i can help.

Jeremy,
Congrats on finding a house you want to make an offer on.
Jim provided you exception advise. You need to consult with a real estate professional.
The analysis your agent will provide will include:
-
1. Your purchase objectives
2. Subject property situation
3. Community trending.
4. Like kind property sales
5. Comparable sales, terms and conditions
6. Existing comparable inventory
7. Purchase strategy
8. Create/increase your value position
9. Incentivize seller/agent
10. Protect your interests in the contracting process.
-
Your agent will invest a lot of effort on your behalf. You should be loyal to your agent and present this question for the proper response.

Best of success to you,

It depends on the properties condition. You should preview the property with a Realtor. Then have them do a Comparative Market Analysis. Putting quick price on a property is not fair to you or the property.
