According to the MLS, there is nothing listed in regards to rentals/renting. They are probably talking about the possibilities to produce an income from the barn rentals, horse stalls and carriage home. I would highly recommend a buyers agent to help you obtain the necessary information for what would be permitted on this property.

Hi Kevin! I checked the link and also looked in the MLS. I don't see that it says anything about part of the property being for rent. Although that may be a possibility if you were to purchase the home and rent out part of the barn, etc.
I would also reccommend that you check with the listing agent or get a buyers agent to represent you in the process.
