3461 Thurloe sold quite awhile ago. It was a short sale. If there is something else I can help you with I will. What are you seeking in a home.

I have a 3800sf pool, golf course lake home that may soon go short sale and is already almost $200k less than the owners cost. It is priced at $574900.

The local Brevard MLS System offers information that the home was listed as a short sale and was withdrawn on 10/2010. The agent at the time was:----------------------------------------------------------------->
Brevard County Realty, LLC
Phone/Fax: (321) 626-4727 / () -

List Agt: Denise Sabol Agent#: 206792
Phone: (321) 626-4727 Cell: (321) 626-4727

It is most likely the home is or has been foreclosed on and may go on the market as a bank owned home. Public records may shed light on the time line for how far the process is.
