Afternoon Pete -

For both zoning areas RO and RS (single family residential zoning) in Lexington, the minimum front setback requirement is 30 feet.

If I can be of any other help, just let me know. You can email directly at aimee.siers@commonmoves.com.

I will be online periodically throughout the day on this Memorial Day holiday.

Thanks.
