I could give a 28% down-payment. But I would like to know what others requirements I would need in order to own this home. Also, I would like to see pictures. Thank you

Hi Cynthia,

Some property listings on Trulia and other sites do not have the address. They come from Realty Track website which collects information from tax records about foreclosure auction alerts for these properties.

It means that the house is not actually listed for sale. If homeowner stops the foreclosure, or if it is purchased from the courthouse steps, the house will be gone for good.


If you are interested in purchasing a house from the court steps, regardless of all the issues this type of purchase involves, you may want to create an account with Realty Track (not free) to get all the specifics about such type of properties.

Now the good news: there are 2 properties for sale in this complex, listed for $45K & $79K.

There are many qualified REALTORS that can assist you locate and purchase a home as others have stated. As to the specific home it may or may not be available. There have been quite a number of homes in this development are on the market and there are regularly homes coming on the market in this community.

One of the problems you will face is that it is difficult to get a loan under $50,000. Your first step is to locate a qualified lender and determine how much of a loan you can qualify for, determine the payment is one you are comfortable and then find an REALTOR to assist you in the process.

You may not know that the REALTOR who represents you, and works to get you the best deal is paid by the SELLER. Having a REALTOR represent you does not cost you anything and a skilled professional and negotiator will save you time and money while protecting your financial interests.

Michael is correct below...many of the public facing websites on real estate show properties that are not necessarily listed. Your best bet is to talk with a Realtor and have them help you out. Hi Cynthia,

The Bare Minimal in today's Lending Market as fas a DownPayment goes is a mere 5%. The optimal position to be is to do 20%down so... either way you're in a good place with the DownPayment when purchasing a New Home. Please note though that Credit Scores and Employment alsoplay an intergal role as well.
