Hi Kayleigh,

Are you planning to move from Charleston to Long Beach? I love Belmont Shore and the property you are looking at is in a beautiful area called the Peninsula. That being said, the coastal areas of Long Beach are notorious for insufficient parking...

Check out the borders of Long Beach's impacted parking areas to find out more:

Good luck on moving from one coast to another and hope you find a wonderful place soon!

My office handles rentals in the Belmont Shore and Peninsula Area too. If you would like help seeing this rental or any others I would be happy to help when you arrive here in Long Beach.

The listing in the MLS states that it is occupied until late November. It should be available early December if not sooner. There is no garage or off street parking for this unit.
