I'd get a thorough inspection by an experienced manufactured home inspector and not just any home inspector. There's a lot of other nuances you need to consider as well. Does the home have earthquake braces? What's the condition of the pier and pad support system under the home? Is the vapor barrier and insulation in good shape and free from rips and tears. Is the home dry underneath?
If you are thinking about removing the old trailer/mobilehome and replaceing it with a new HUD Manufactured Home that doesn't look like a bad deal. But if you're going to live in and/or try to remodel an old trailer like that you'll have your hands full and still won't be very happy at the end of the day.
