William, the moderate income isn't $752,100 in Arcadia. Not sure where you got that number from, or if you just misread the question. However if you look at http://www.ci.arcadia.ca.us/docs/app_b_tech_background_rpt_4
it quotes the 2000 Census figure of $56,100 for the median household income (aka "area median income" or "AMI") for residents in Arcadia. I'm sure it has increased some since then, but it's definitely not $752,100. Further, per that report, the "moderate area income" is between 81 and 120 percent of AMI . But if you clicked the link in the question, and read the listing information, Sanjana is specifically asking about the property at 121 Alta Street which requires potential homebuyers meet the moderate income standards as published by the City of Arcadia Redevelopment Agency. A Google search of the Arcadia Redevelopment Agency turns out the website http://www.ci.arcadia.ca.us/home/index.asp?page=1211
however nowhere on it does it specifically cite Arcadia's moderate income level. As for your comment of "As I'm the only one that answered your question", don't be so pompous.
