as mark mentioned, interviewing the management company for the hoa should be part of you and your broker's due diligence. requesting financial information, meeting minutes, rules, regulations and budget is a very common practice and should be done before an offer is made.

as for the price compared to other sales, i have the analysis (not only for this building, but the surrounding neighborhood as well) however it is too big to post here. please contact me directly and i would be happy to email it to you.

It is always a very good idea to interview and investigate the HOA of a building or community. A general set of questions in addition to community-specific inquiries is best. The 2000 Cheesman East HOA can be reached at 303-321-1327
