I am sorry, this one sold quick. The least expensive better bank owned properties are selling recently.

This home foreclosed by the bank on 4/11 and the bank purchased it for $89500. It was listed for sale as a bank owned property and just closed on 6/21/11 and sold for full asking price of $125,000 within 7 days of being on the market. The lot size is 5463 sf (.13 acre)
