The subject property is just one story, so it can accommodate people who might have challenges with stairs. The floor plan flows nicely from the front living room, to the formal dining room that could also accommodate a home office should there be a need. Next to it is the kitchen where all the appliances you would expect in a modern home could be find This area is separated by a built in breakfast bar/table that divides it from the family room where large glass doors lead to the rear deck… a wonderful place to grill some burgers.

The master bedroom is in the back. It is the largest of 3 bedrooms and features a big walk-in closet and a private bathroom.

There is an attached garage with an automatic door opener. A laundry area is in the garage that includes a cabinet with a wash sink and a door that goes outside along the side yard.

The fenced in back yard features a nice deck off of the family room and a small storage shed for garden tools and such. There is a small water feature that adds some character. It’s perfect for a home gardener.

At one time there were some vegetable beds in part of the back yard. We enjoy a wonderful temperate climate and fresh fruits and vegetables are often grown in residential back yards to supplement the abundance of wine and agriculture that the area is known for.

This is a great neighborhood with lots to recommend it, including easy access to the airport, the 101 freeway and public recreational facilities.

The area attractions that are steeped in history include A Tennis and Swim club that offers a local recreational facility for the whole family. The club offers 3 swimming pools, a diving board, volley ball court, BBQs and picnic facilities. A pro shop and Tennis courts are adjacent to the swimming facility.

There is a nearby public golf course just around the corner at 5001 Carriage Lane. Fees are modest, generally under $20.00. With 18 holes the course has many challenges such as sand, water and trees that are designed into the fairways.

You will find some world renowned wineries and restaurants within a 15 mile radius of the property.

If you are into horses, there are wonderful trails and facilities to explore. Rancho Wikiup is one such place. It was built a prized thoroughbred horse facility and inn in 1915 that today offers a wonderful venue for small events or a place for an intimate weekend retreat in the wine country or a great spot for a wedding.

Call me for an appointment to see it. I am a property manager for the owner.
