Hi there, This particular unit is not showing up on the current MLS Listings. It may have been withdrawn. I have attached another similar unit that is available as a foreclosure. The HOA is $1,209.00 per quarter and requires a $100.00 transfer fee (New owner application fee and processing). The 2008 taxes were $1,303.79 without a homestead exemption status. Once you make FL your primary residence (6+months/yr.) you can apply for the exemption of $25,000.00 and depending on age maybe $50,000.00. There are several others in the same area around the same price and also a 2 bedroom as well. It you are interested in allowing me to help you then please call or email me 239-464-8620 or sarahgarrett@argfl.com. I don't see this particular unit listed. There are five units available on Season's Way. The HOA fees are about $1000 per quarter. The difference between taxes for residents and non-residents has to do with homestead. For more info and photos, please drop me an emal.

The fees are 864 quarterly per MLS sheet. The Taxes vary per unit......bottom line is this is a short sale and you would be better off to buy a bank owned unit. Let me know as I will get you a full list of bank owned units out in any neighborhood. I live and work right in Estero.
