However there are many homes for sale in that particular development, Perkiomen Woods, as well as the surrounding townhome developments in that immediate area. Collegeville is central to most major arteries and lots of shopping! In fact the new shopping center which includes Staples, Wegmans, Olive Garden, PF Changs, Best Buy, L.A. Fitness and many other stores has opened.
