As stated below, this is a public auction, not a listing for sale in the MLS system. It is notification of a step that a bank takes to foreclose, offering the mortgage for public purchase and if there is no bid high enough, the bank buys it (technically, from itself) and then sells it on the open market. Public autions are published on the county website and in the local newspaper. The risk is that one rarely can view the condition of the house prior to the sale so the bank almost always ends up with the property.
The aerial view shown in this posting is of a section of O'Hara Drive just west of Joseph Street, of two homes on the water, north of O'Hara with one bridge to the lagoon. The posting states that this is a 1,224 sq/ft home and the two pool homes pictures appear to be larger than that. My guess is that the subject property is the smaller home to the east that is only partially in the picture, but that is only a guess.
