Hi Jay21,

I looked onthe MLS for the property and I couldn'tfind any listing in Scottsdale for $123,400 in any zip code. So most likely it is non-existent. If you are interested, you can search the MLS on my website http://www.arizona-listings.com or if you contact me, I can set you up for a search that would coincide with what you are looking for.

Hi Jay,

It's just an add sample to be built in different areas, which could change the price depending on location! Not an existing property!

Happy New Year!

Happy New Years Jay. I am very surprised to see this going on with Trulia as it is not an active property. I know Zillow has so many broker links that even if the agent closes out the listing and states that is it closed/sold it just keeps coming back like a bad habit! Trulia might be on the same system, which would make it another undesirable site. When you are working with a Realtor, we like to set you up with OUR system, the MLS system and THAT information is monitored and correct. I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions and I will do my best to answer :) Robin, HomeSmart 602-512-5990

Dear Jay:

This is a blind ad, designed to get the phone to ring.

The agent will tell you that home is sold and then switch you to another one that is MUCH more expensive.

That means the house does not exist.

I'm surprised that Trulia tolerates this nonsense.

It's definitely a mistake and could be a come on.
Not sure why some agents have to be deceitful to get business.
Happy New Year

I hope I am wrong but this seems to be either a mistake or bait and switch.
