Hi Betty. Of course it will depend on your location and other variables, like do you back to commercial? But to answer your question, I am seeing 5 sales in the past 6 months in the Heights of lots 6,000-7,000 sq. ft. These lots or lot-value homes have sold from $126K to $281K. Please let me know if I can assist you should you decide to sell. I am a big fan of the Heights!

I assume you are a seller. The Houston Heights is a very desireable area due to its close proximity to downtown, Galleria, & sports stadiumsThe lot prices in the Houston Heights area range from $102K - $185K, depending on the location, amenities, and leveling/clearing of land.

I can provide you with a more accurate market analysis once I know the details of your property. You may contact me directly at 281-380-5589.

Let me know if you have utilities for this lot? Is it an interior lot or corner. The answers to these questions will make a difference on pricing. I will be happy to discuss this with you personally if you wish to email me at sswfineproperties@gmail.com
